So as to NOT look like a Coachella wannabe, I wore this new H&M crinkly cotton peasant top with cuffed skinnies instead of the cropped frayed flares one might have expected with a boho outfit Besides , I really wanted to wear these new lace up suede sandals again ,as they are crazy-comfortable and I love the height they give me. Boho sandals, AND jeans, AND top = too much. Also in the interest of not looking too costume-y , I fussed around with some jewellery until I settled on these pieces from Uno de 50 - a Spanish line (via New York) that I am now representing. Really not my look at all, and it took me some digging to find something I'd wear, but I do like these two bracelets and the earrings. The line has an almost western vibe to it, which I thought tied in well with the boho mini-theme here.
One thing that did strike me was the lack of a third piece for this outfit. I have no idea what that would be other than a scarf/wrap....which I was not going to wear to run errands in. A peasant blouse doesn't really lend itself well to a jacket or sweater.....not really sure how to finish this outfit.
Pictures are oddly exposed to show detail - some of them were a little dark . Any comments - always welcome!
top - H&M - new
