Long time, no WIWs! I haven't felt very inspired lately. Nothing super exciting and no real questions, so I've been a WIW deadbeat. Today, though, questions, comments, outfits!

Outfit 1, Pics 1 & 2, Updating the Uniform: I bought this top recently. A fun bonus to get the color blocking with the drape front. This whole outfit really feels like I'm just swapping out a piece in my uniform: The cobalt pants have been a surprising closet workhorse. The cardi is my typical black. And black, white and cobalt are an Angie classic. Is uniform updating a good thing? I'm thinking good because it takes tried and true, adds an update, and keeps it current. How do I know that I'm not just recycling myself into a rut though? What makes the difference for you between "Yay! Uniform update!" and "Whoa, get that tired workhorse to the barn. It's done."?

Outfit 2, Pics 3 and 4: I wore this yesterday. In my pre-YLF life, I would never, ever have worn a chambray shirt paired with my classic navy suit. And let's not even talk about how little possibility there was of wearing silver shoes. I like it. Change is good. (I could do without the foreshortening angle and awkward belly lighting, though.)

Outfit 3, Pic 5: Kind of the illustration of my "not super exciting, no real questions" comment above. A nice, easy outfit of tank, boyfriend blazer, jeans and flats.

Thanks for looking!
