Today I stumbled on a French boutique in Lyon with made in France clothing. It was shockingly a dress treasure trove for me. I left several beauties behind, but 3 dresses, a t-shirt and two light weight cardigan toppers are coming home with me (none of them navy!). Dresses are a staple in my DC summer wardrobe. The orange dress is a bit warmer, and will likely have heavier use in the fall. I also got to wear my new navy dress tonight at a special night out (see Street style in Lyon thread) at the Paul Bocuse Culinary Institute Restaurant — picture a training ground for both chefs and servers. An excellent meal and attentive service.
I think my dress capsule is full — until fall. But we’ll see what I find in The Netherlands.
