Quick try on in Boden

I’m keen now to update my wardrobe with new clothes.

The Boden store has some of the new stock in and it is gorgeous! These are the pieces that I tried on.

I’m tempted by the black trousers, the mustard print blouse, the nude sling backs. The animal print shoes were good too.

All comments welcome and much appreciated. I may just be way too tempted to make sensible choices.

....and the changing rooms are huge, with lots of space, lovely hooks, and a mirror that is hinged so you can see your back view easily...these photos were in a single changing room...and the curtains are heavy and easily lap the edges so there isn't any chance of any peaking...

Nice Jane! Are the shoes comfortable? They look like they might cut you right at the toe join area. The yellow and leopard colours are both fab and I love the design.

Pretty top and sensible pants.

Jane, that top is fantastic on you, as are the pants. The shoes don't look very comfortable to me, but you could go for those too if they feel good on your feet. The design is very nice.

The top is great and yellow shoes is fantastic with that top. I also don't know how to do the finds, I tried help but didn't succeed. I would be happy if someone help.

Christina, Smittie, the shoes are sufficiently comfy for every day walking around the office and perhaps the odd walk on a pavement, but I am thinking really they are sitting shoes.

Cardiff Girl, if I can tempt you (or anyone else) to a YLF meet up in Chelsea, London (very seriously) we could have lots of fun in Boden and around and about Duke of York Sq / King's Road. PM me if easier x

The yellow shoes and blouse are GORGEOUS! Definitely keepers in my view.
The other shoes are lovely too!
I think it is difficult to see the black trousers properly in the picture to asses, but if they fit and feel great - a classic.
Boden shop seems like a fabulous destination!

Yay to the yellow shirt. It came home to me today! Thank you so much.

I couldn't quite commit to the yellow shoes. The thought of being in a work meeting that takes a turn for the worst and then sitting feeling dreadful about the meeting with yellow shoes on, I couldn't quite feel would work. Good as the shoes are, they aren't right for home.

On the trousers, I have a really great Mac pair, which I wash, don't need to iron, fit well and are so comfy. They are pull on too. I do find trousers can be really bulky and the Boden ones were a little bulky. I tried lots of pairs on in Hugo Boss today and they were similarly bulky. So that is fine.

And to add to the bricks and mortar Boden experience, the same SA were there today and were so warm and welcoming.

Yes to all! But if you have a chance to go back for the pants, do. These fit you particularly well.
About how you talked yourself out of the yellow shoes: LOL! I will use that mental image next time I am tempted, for my wallet's sake. Would I be able to go through a terrible meeting and still feel good about what I have on? That's a great trick.

I am also envious of you having a Boden store. I've been ordering from them for 14 years and only this year did we get womenswear at Nordstrom (and not enough of it!) Thankfully they have marvelous CS, but I for one would make an effort to go to a Boden store in person over most any other store.
