Hi Greg -- YLF pages loading very slowly this morning (6:30 am EST) using Frontier DSL connection with both my MacBook Pro (WiFi) and Mac Desktop setups, but at least they are loading. That is an improvement over yesterday. Still no problems accessing YLF via I-phone (Verizon service).

Today I cannot access YLF at all with Optonline. ATT LTE is fine.

Att Uverse wifi. I cannot access this site at all. It just won't load.

I can't access YLF at all from my home Comcast connection. Loading slowly over Verizon on my droid.
Btw, when problems started, I tried to reply a couple of times and received a message that the thread was closed. I know you're working tirelessly on this. Good luck!

ATT Uverse won't load at all. ATT hotspot working just fine. Weird.

Haven't been able to access to site at all for the past 10 or so hours on my Camcast home computer. No problems using my Verizon iPhone.

This morning started poorly, but just in the last few minutes there has been an improvement, I hope it persists. I'll be monitoring it closely. Please keep the reports coming, and also let us know if you see an improvement.

Hi, I was having trouble both from my phone and home computer yesterday afternoon and evening, but this morning, things seem to be working like normal.

Greg, I had to send an e-mail earlier as YLF would not load at all for the whole morning, here in the UK. It just came back for me. I'm on a laptop on Windows 8.

Good to know. I couldn't get on to YLF most of the day yesterday from home. We are on Shaw but I thought it was my wifi - although everything else was working. I could access YLF from my phone when I was out briefly though. I see we are back up and running though! Thanks!

This morning, and all last night up til 10 pm, iinaccessable here in
Tucson/Comcast--this is the first today (8 am Fri) that I can get on at home.....Hope the troubles are fixed, and thanks for all your work!

Things are definitely better. But I'm afraid that when monitoring the network I can see that although they have managed to improve matters, the problem is still present.

Our provider has let us down badly.

Thanks so much for your tireless troubleshooting. Tech is marvelous -- until it's not, and makes life crazy (my DH was working on our printer at 3am, now I'm making him cookies)!

Yesterday and earlier today I could not access the site in Boulder, or it would load extremely slowly. It is better right now but still comes and goes. That may be because we are so close to the mountains. Thank you for your work on this. I am lost without a YLF fix.

Att-uverse wire less and there are no problems as of an hour ago. All areas loading quickly.

I hope your provider is planning to do something really nice for you..beyond restoring your service!

I'm in the UK, too, and have been having trouble for the past day or two. As with DianeG, I have only just been able to access the site.

I had a problem two days when using my iPad and thought maybe it was because I needed to upgrade my operating system. I have Time Warner Cable. After doing that however, I still had a problem after the update. Today, no problem at all on my desktop. No problem yesterday either.

I had problems with accessing the site until about 3 pm Belgian time. The last few hours the site has been loading fast again, but I'm still experiencing the occasional (short) timeout.

Everything seems fine! No problems!

YAY! Back to normal now- yesterday was a sad day!!

Very happy to report that just now YLF loaded as fast as usual on my Nook using AT&T uverse. This morning it would not load at all. Yesterday it was excrutiatingly slow; Wednesday it had started slowing down.

I really appreciate your starting this thread to let us know there was an issue. If I hadn't seen this, I would have thought it was our internet.

Now I'm off to check out 48 hours of YLF threads.

Greg, I was having site performance issues recently, don't remember exactly. I have a Mac and we have internet via Conifer Communications, a local company. I'm not sure who they use, I know they have someone in Modesto, CA with whom they contract. I actually looked under your Tech area in the forum but didn't see any threads about this so I just ignored it. I had no problems at all with other sites like Yahoo, Pinterest, YouTube, Shopbop -- my most visited sites besides YLF. Today site performance has been fine. And it looks like things are back to normal. I'll let you know if this happens again.

I couldn't get on ylf much yesterday but it's loading fast now. I hope that means the problems are resolved. Thanks for the hard work.

Thanks everyone for the reports and encouragement. It seems we are finally out of the woods. A few hours ago the faulty hardware was replaced and that appears to have solved the problem.

thank you, Greg! I was a little surprised to find out how no YLF affected my mood yesterday. (Not good.) I appreciate all your work in solving the problem and restoring my main lifeline, er, I mean, source of entertainment.
