I have enjoyed every minute of this wonderful challenge. The movie poster idea was awesome, it gave ample possibilities to take each theme in so many directions. I love having a starting point for my outfits, and this one was better than most. It was a true pleasure to see all your takes on the themes, too, and I got further inspiration to experiment.

My starting point for all the posters was the colors. I'm always drawn to colors first when I choose outfits. I think I was true to my style personae (modern classic) throughout the week - not that I intended to, on the contrary. RATE is hard, and urban grit, too. I got confirmed once again that I have enough clothes, but I also had a feeling that by now, you must have seen literally everything I have in my wardrobe. There was perhaps no real element of surprise in my outfits? I'm curious if you noticed anything that was slightly off my usual track.

#1 Monday: Indiana Jones
I really liked this outfit, which was in a slightly unusual color combination for me. A change in scarf would alter this base very quickly. I also thought of using my blue/green silk scarf which would bring a more s/s feeling.
#2 Tuesday: Star Wars
The color combination in this poster is beautiful. My cobalt dress had it debut and I really liked the outfit. Normally I would omit the plastic pearls, and maybe choose the black bag. The cognac leather is a nice complementary contrast with the cobalt.
#3-4 Breakfast at Tiffany's
It's no secret that I love dressing up in classic silhouettes. However, the pairing of apple green, orange and cobalt blue from the poster frame was new and exciting, and I plan to wear this as soon as possible. I really like to wear dresses layered with tees, which was what I really wore that day.
#5 Metropolis
This was a bit harder for me. I love the lines, the modern theme and the symmetry, but I thought the colors were bland. I like more contrast. The scarf gave a little texture and light to the outfit.
#6 Vertigo
The color scheme was evident, and I tried to play out a little imbalance by placing the red and the white at the edges. I really enjoyed this outfit, actually. When I went down to the local mall yesterday afternoon, I received a lot of stares! I don't know what they thought, but at least I got noticed. In a sea of utilitarian jackets and jeans I guess I was the odd one.

Thank you for looking, and thank you for all the detailed comments I already have received. Thank you, Ornella, for being the best host ever!
