Got a haircut today. A pretty good one I think, but I went in frustrated with my hair and uncertain of what I wanted. I came away feeling much lighter and freer, and with DH at home supervising the childers, I had a bit of extra time. Oh...and I have to pass by Premium Outlets on the way home. Hee.
I stopped by Loft Outlet -- Their merchandise fits me far better than the regular Loft selections. I picked up two items, and ordered a teal ponte blazer in a size up.
1. Diamond patterned colorbocked sweater: I've been looking to add more berry tones to my wardrobe. This is lightweight, but cozy. I almost bought the size larger, but felt this would layer better under things, as well as over. I think I'll like this with my bf jeans and oxblood booties.
2. Silky blouse. I'm less certain about this print, and I think you all will be divided on it. I popped my blue blazer over it so you can see how it works as an underlayer.
Is the sweater flattering enough? I worry about the pattern being too busy on the belly. Is the pattern in the blouse rich and chic or frumpy?
