I haven't been much around lately, and my apologies for that. Life has been very busy and I have started dancing again, which makes me very happy
I have three weeks of backlogged WIWs that I need to post at some point. In the meantime, the PMWIW challenge is perfect to at least get on track with it this week. I will not be able to participate in the part 2 (photography part) as I take all my photos in the mirror with my iphone so there is no simple way to improve that. But I am game for parts 1 and 3.
So, here are my Monday and Tuesday outfits. On Monday I was running very late, so it was pretty much a grab and go type of outfit. I have tried the coated sweater/cream tunic layering combo in the past with my long cobalt shorts, so it was a no-brainer to substitute the shorts for skinnies. My comfy BbSM black booties tend to be my go-to booties these days when I do not have time to think about the outfits much. I was not sure if I should get them when I posted about super sale on them a few months ago, since I already had other pointy black booties, but so glad I did because they are workhorses. I also didn't think much about the outerwear, so I grabbed my black puffer which is also a default in such situations. The outfit is a coated navy cropped AE sweater over cream silk H&M tunic, cobalt Rag&Bone tuxedo skinnies, black pointy BbSM booties, black Via Spiga puffer and silver Rebecca Minkoff satchel.
Yesterday was a fairly warm day, and I had lots of medical appointments and had to take a day off work to go to all of those. I uses the opportunity to wear my pleather leggings as I still feel a bit timid about wearing them to work. The outfit is a wine silk Piperlime tunic over simple black AT turtleneck. long black At vest worn as outerwear, black pleather Express leggings, black suede Ash booties and same silver satchel.
