I lied :0 Effortless Shmeffortless! Jeez! This took like a gazillion shots! No kidding! But but but .... all worth the efforts! I realized how a little light could make everything look so much more beautiful! The fabric, the colors, the textures .... everything comes to life! I am in love with this challenge! Denise and Diane - You two are geniuses! Thank you!

In general, I love taking pictures ... but not of myself. So this was interesting and fun of course! The only location change .... bedroom to living room I didn't know how else to spice this up .... so I tried a few poses on the chair! Many turned out ok .. but I like this one the best. I also think my living room needs a more subtle wall so it would not compete with my pictures

I have shot this in the portrait mode on my DSLR. I like how the colors turned out Tomorrow I want to try the dreaded manual mode! Well, let's see!

On to the outfit - I took some efforts today. I had created this outfit in my head a few days back but never got around to executing it. Morning school rush and all. So last night I laid the outfit out and here it is today.

I am wearing slouchy crepe pants (Mango/newish), shiny tunic tank (Mango/old/but first outing!), plaid shawl scarf (no brand/ stolen from my mum last winter ) and my super comfy slip on sneaks (Steve Madden). No handbag since I didn't need one today.

So what do you all think? I sure need to work on my photography skills and get a bit (or a lot) more creative. But here's it for today!

Now I have a lot of catching up to do. I have so many WIWs to check out .... it's been a very fast moving forum thanks to the challenge Love it! See you all in a while. All suggestions for improvement in outfit and photography are very much welcome x
