As per Denise's WIW challenge...
I'm also on a bit of a self-imposed challenge to see if my higher heels are working for me for an active day. These Frye boots are on the high end of my walkable heel heights -- about 3.25". They have a sturdy, chunky heel, which helps, but it's still quite a bit of heel for all-day wear. I'm throwing another pair of lower heel boots in my car, just in case I go shooting photos and walking a bunch, and my feet start talking to me.
Debuting the JCrew merino turtleneck. It's really comfy and a nice weight, and I love the drape. I fear turtlenecks are not my best neckline because they seem to call more attention to my drooping jawline. I smile in my photos so it's less obvious, but it's a sad truth of my aging process. I was thinking of ordering this in the turquoise, thinking a lighter color may be more flattering too, but maybe I should stick mainly with other necklines. What do you think? JFE or to be avoided in the future?
I love this necklace but I want to shorten the chain - it's a bit long for my preference.
Just throwing on my old Theory navy twill moto for outerwear today.
Feedback welcome!
