I found this poncho (it has a removable faux fur collar) for just $10 on clearance off season... I actually bought it in 3 colors for Christmas gifts..
The lighting isn't great on these pics as I took them around noon before heading out Black Friday Shopping.. This worked great for the day of going in and out of stores with cold winds.. The plaid leggings are from Old Navy, but looks like they are out right now... I also bought mini polk a dot ones...

I had so much fun shopping with DD who is a marathon shopper trying on tons but only picking two or three at each store.. She scored this year by finally embracing skinny's to tuck into boots... BJ's has Nine West version she now owns in three shades and at Sam's Club she found a faux leather moto jacket that fit her like a glove, thanks to knit sides... She was over the moon about it.... After gaiining weight during her undegrad studies, she is now walking a lot at Boston College for grad school and lost some weight and feeling better and embracing more body con items for a good mix.. It was a fun trip with no angst this time on her part! She seems so stressed about grad school, but was as light as air and full of delight!

DS and DH had fun at H&M picking out a suit for DS and in Bulrlington, jackets and dress shirts.. Gotta say DS 19 picked online and in stores mostly completer pieces of jackets.. something very new for him...
