Another Pinterest Inspiration...
This time a utility vest, with striped dress and booties...
A very loose interpretation of the quilted vest and booties worn by my inpsiration... i also added the white blouse as the temps were slightly cooler than I anticipated when plannng for this inspiration..
I like how the layering of the blouse turned out and may try this with other dresses in the future...I also chose booties with a lower vamp as I think it works better for my petite height.
