Since I cheated by starting on Sunday, this is already Day 2 for me. And because of the blizzard, office was cancelled so I get to post before the end of the day. I have an ER shift tonight and there's been at least one horrific traffic accident today already, thus hoping I go no closer to the theme than line and colour...

I am learning so much from all of you. Before today all I knew about Picasso's paintings was that they are "abstract". Now I have more layers of meaning.

I knew what I'd pick for this one immediately. This outfit is one of the few that I repeat because it feels so right. The asymmetric stripes on the sweater vest meet Kibbe's advice for Flamboyant or Yang Natural but are hard to find, so apart from this and zebra print I settle for regular geometrics (stripes checks and plaid). But in this I can see the difference.

Worn with black stretchy skinnies, ankly enough to show off my grey striped socks (I'll have knee high riding style winter boots en route, but my trusty Clarks clogs in the ER). And a white cotton turtleneck. Please note, collar scrunched not rolled, I paid attention to FW 2015... I wore it this way on a recent ski trip, because it stayed in place better, but when the cold winds blew and I tried to pull my cowl-scarf up over my head, DH had a laugh because I was trying to do a turtle with my turtleneck!

I snapped them laid out on my bed for a close-up view. Bonus moggy photo after she tried to get in on the action.
