Taking inspiration from recent posts! Pulled out my denim jacket and added some items that lift my spirits - lavender Loft top and a Cheshire Cat print skirt, and these Cole Haan oxfords that I've been too timid to wear (for an embarrassing three years!) but am finally debuting.
It would have been easy to pair the skirt with a black turtleneck, black tights and boots, but I was trying to bring a little spring into my day. I have a LOT of black - it's my comfort zone - and I always struggle to break away from it as the seasons change.
Sorry for the awful shots, I've got to work out my mirror set up. My cat Stevie also had to make an appearance as my outfit is a bit of an homage to her
