While reading up on fashion trends, I learned that the pleated skirt trend has legs and featured in several runway shows for F/W. I didn't have ANY skirts in my closet, so decided to remedy that problem. It was a tricky search. I tried on a bunch. Surprisingly, many were just too long! I finally found one - red (!), just below the knee, and MADE IN CANADA!! A brand called 'Studio Point' and found at my local Winners (not spendy)!

And came up with the following outfits from stuff in my closet. I'm thinking of wearing #1 tomorrow when I go for a haircut and then grocery shopping with DH, and #4 for dinner at the Red Rice with cards (bridge) after on Friday. We are going out for a fancy schmancy dinner in September and I am thinking about wearing #3, but I think it needs something? What do you think?
