Well after nixing heels and dress #1 due to broken little toe, I had to nix the second option of a maxi dress due to torrential rains all day...So went with a shorter dress.... Thank goodness I have a great wardrobe to count on!!!

Joyce, yes I am 5'3" . My mother's parents were 5'2" and 6'4"!

Great post! Laughing as my mother's parents were 4'10" and 6'4". My mother said that as a teen, she thought she was a very tall at 5'4", due to her mother's appreciation of her "height".

Tracy, big, big congratulations to your son and the whole family. I am sure he'll bring you a lot more happiness and good luck on the path to becoming a doctor - gentle, intelligent and those with a sense of humour are the best of doctors and I am sure his future patients will be lucky to have him. It is always such a treat to read about your children and your bond, thank you for sharing.

Thanks everyone! Funny, Orneila we didn't plan on color coordinating! Busy celebration weekend, heading out for Father's Day Breakfast, having YLF withdrawal ,but need to plug into my life right now!
