I'm a political tragic so I spent all of last night and a little too much time at work today reading up on all the controversy. Don't worry, I won't bore anyone with the ins and outs of it
I'm very pleased for Ms Gillard, she's worked hard to get where she is. Her hair has always been great - I assume the First Hair Technician is responsible, it must be so convenient. If I had the press watching my every move my hair would be mocked in all the papers, she can just get him to sort it out before she leaves the house! Her style is typically politician - suits and so on - but I think that's only to be expected. There's a time and a place for being fashion forward, and Parliament floor probably isn't it!
Quentin Bryce is just amazing. So classy at all times, a very classic style. And yet creative, too. She doesn't subscribe to any ideas about mature ladies having to be drab, good on her!
