There are several sites sharing the same photos, but The Cut (158 images!) goes beyond the hot stars, featuring other film industry folks and their fashion.

I thought the photography this year was better than previous years. The fashion wasn’t as wild or experimental, but was not ‘meh’ either. Prettier? Hair and make-up too. The men looked fabulous!

I enjoyed the fashion but thought it was not as diverse or interesting as other shows. The after party looks were quite nice. My standouts for the show included Zendaya, Florence Pugh, America Ferrera, Carey Mulligan, and Ryan Gosling. There were a lot of pared-down makeup looks, which I enjoyed. Emma Stone looked especially beautiful. Oh, and lots of chic bob hairstyles!

Robert Downey, Jr.'s glasses were amazing, and really, his whole outfit. He thanked his stylist during his speech, which was funny because people don't do that, but also that he's acknowledging this killer outfit was not his idea.

Loved America Ferrera's dress--really all the dresses. Something about Jennifer Lawrence's dress stays with me, though I don't know that I'd wear polka dots to the Oscars.

Carey Mulligan (she reminds me of a ballerina I had on my childhood jewellery box in a good way)
Lily Gladstone beautiful dark purple (fantastic earrings)
Da'Vine Joy Randolph (fantastic blue!)
Colman Domingo is stunning
Michelle Yeoh always elegant
I love that Billie Eilish wore tweed and socks, and pattern mixed! It works
Regina King stunning in a beautiful shade of orange
Annette Bening, wow! Love that it's a pantsuit and beautiful topper
Jeffrey Wright is so handsome (no matter what he's wearing)
Quannah Chasinghorse is gorgeous! So interesting and elegant. I'm sure many of the items she is wearing has cultural meanings that would be interesting to learn about.

Michelle Yeoh and Rita Moreno were my favorites. Cannot believe Moreno is in her 90s!

I personally loved all the black gowns. Somber, yes, but also elegant.

I thought the men and they stole the show

LOTS of brooches and bling, all round! All genders. Lots of low necklines, leg slits, black 7 white, and hair in top knots too. And sleek bobs!

My absolute faves for the night were Simu Liu and his date, Allison Hsu. #1 and #2. SOOOO elegant. Sharp!

Second was Julianne Hough. Jumpsuit with pockets! Just, so, fun! #3

Third was Justine Triet. It was a BEJEWELED le Smoking, which does not come through in the pics. It SPARKLED all night. #4. Loved it!

And the rest of my faves in the pics below. The black, navy, red, light blue and white dazzled. Loved all genders in pants

Justine Triet was one of my favorite looks of the night. I also really liked Gabrielle Union in Carolina Herrera. Emma Stone was a big disappointment with her tired LV peplum dress. Plus, her hair and makeup were too minimal for the Oscars. TBH, the men totally crushed it with their style, especially Robert Downey, Jr. and Colman Domingo.

Well that was a fun diversion. Thanks, Carla! There are some truly stunning gowns, tuxes and outfits. Marlee Matlin's caught my attention--the style is perhaps unimaginative, yet elegant. But that violet color--wow!

I love any look that is a bit original - honestly it is a bit boring looking at one after the other shoulder-less gown and tux. Billie Eilish is always fun that way!
