Here are all my orange items.

#6 is WIW today, except I didn't think of putting the scarf on, my (4) scarves are sleeping unworn in my wardrobe these days.

Loved everything, no wonder Angie wanted you to post pictures wearing orange. You do it so well. It is very hard to pick a favorite but I think I will go with 2 and 6.

A KILLER GORGEOUS capsule, Isabelle. WOW on you.

How FUN to see you wear orange. I'm extra happy! Orange is a match made in heaven with blue, so I'm glad it's an accent colour in your style. Works like a charm.

The moo-moo frock is a surprise. Looks great. Loving #6 best. Good job remembering the scarf!

I like 1 best. You look smart and business-like in your feminine take on mannish dressing. The pop of orange in great, I prefer that shirt collar.

I love your suit! With those oxfords! I would maybe push up or roll up the sleeves (me, not you), but otherwise perfect. Following it with the dress was quite witty!

Oh, my goodness, orange loves you! That blouse in 4/5 is so beautiful on you, and orange really looks great with your suits. The dress is so adorable on you, too--it looks perfect for a summer day off, a breezy alternative to shorts or cropped pants.

Thanks all. You cracked me up, because in the end, the most popular outfit is #6, that is : the one without orange (ok, just a tiny accent in the scarf).

@ Jenny : thank you, looking business-like is my point in wearing suits. The top is knit, I'll look for more like it, it's got a shirt collar but does not need ironing : quite practical.

@ Angie : citron??? No, not tempted.
I bought the "moo moo dress" for heat waves, it is super breezy. And I'll have it dry cleaned, I lost 2 dresses last year because they shrank after several washings (they were over the knee when new and ended above the knee 2 summers later...I don't think I've grown taller!)

@ Shevia : glad you like the suits, they make my life much simpler.

@ Firecracker : thank you, the shirt is vintage Sonia Rykiel, I don't have the patience to shop vintage anymore, but I have a few great pieces left of my vintage shopping years that seem to last forever.
Yes, the dress is perfect for summer days off, much breezier than cropped trousers or shorts.

Orange does indeed suit you really well. While I also really like #6 like everyone else, my favorite is #4, the lines and tailoring are really elegant, and little color makes it that much more fun.

I very much like this shade of orange. And with blue it is wonderful. I like 1 2 and 6 but they are all good.

And I am with you - orange and mustard yes, but citron is a no for me.

@ Tanya : thanks, I'm looking forward to your biz casual posts to get inspired for office wear.

@ Angie : I still have that scarf ! (and shirt, bag and shoes. The black moto I got rid of, too faded, and the jeans : I'm one size bigger now and had to replace all trousers).
I still have the pale yellow pullover I posted last year.
And a neon yellow scarf, if you can believe it.
That's it for yellow, I'm not attracted by it.

I love orange, too! But OMG the shirt in nr 5 is such a glamorous piece, again! Love the dress and the shirt in nr 3, too! And you have the scarf in orange too! Brilliant idea and gorgeous pairing to the french stripes!

That gorgeous SR blouse is amazing - totally understand the lack of time and patience to search out vintage items, but your diligence sure did pay off with that one. I hope you are able to enjoy it for many more wearings!
