I just happened to be wearing this when I saw Angie’s post. Never happens!. I’ve found the vest hard to wear proportion wise since I’m under tall; pants look *off* with it but I think this works. And since the boots don’t hug my legs at the top, I like to hide their top. I’m wearing a low contrast funnel neck T-shirt under the dress. I don’t think it’s in my Finds and I’m too lazy to look since it’s so old.
