One of THOSE mornings - YouLookFab Forum

Gah! Nothing went right! Hit the snooze button one too many times. Three dogs have to go out. One of the dogs has to go out again. And of course, the outfit I was going to wear WASN'T working. Changed the shirt twice. Changed the blazer three times. Changed the bottoms. Changed the shoes. Heavens to murgatroyd, what a disaster. Now, if you've read my posts before, you might remember that I am very organized (well usually) with my weekly outfits - on the weekend I plan them all out for the week ahead, wash and iron everything and hang the week's outfits on a clothing rack in my spare room. I also have an extra FBO outfit for days just like today (again, well usually).

And of course, no time for an outfit photo. I took these when I got home

As they say in Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, "Tomorrow will be better!"

I think you look fantastic. Graphic black and white is always a winner. It always feels blah and uninspired on me when I put it on, but it always gets tons of compliments. You may not have felt fab, but you really did look fab!

Thanks, ladies! Part of the daily dressing challenge has also been these terrible wind chill temps., -15 yesterday and something like -10 this morning. I need a coat that functions like an electric blanket, and a pair of ice skates!

I am so impressed with your organization! I am retired now but your morning sounds like a typical morning for me. I wonder now how I ever got to work looking decent. I also have a dog and live in a freezing cold place. Hope the rest of your week is smoother.
