This outfit is very much out of my comfort zone, but actually was surprised to feel very comfortable in it. I wore it to work.
As I couldn't find BFjeans for me I bought these BFchinos/khakis instead and this is the first time I do a faux tuck in my life, Oh My:-).
I don't really love chinos/khakis for me because they always bag out with wearing but these seemed a slightly better make, sturdier fabric and have some strech, too. I paired them with my new navy wedged balerinas and rolled them up like you all do with your BF jeans, does it work?
The optic white sweater is also new. I usually buy cream or ivory unless summer whites, but I was quite surprised to bear with it so easy and quickly. When paired with navy feels crisp and fresh! It's a good length for pants, has 3/4 raglan sleeve(the flattery of the raglan sleeve on my broad shoulders was another 2014 discovery:-)) has a great V neck, hi-low, soft cotton, and it also drapes so well I simply had to have it(and wearing a cami underneath).
What's your opinion, how did I do with cuffing, the dreaded faux tuck, the raglan sleeve, the bright whites and the fluid fit of the sweater? I have to admit, I tried very hard to make a 2014 look out of this but so wanted to look effortless:-)).
Thanx for your comments, they are always highly appreciated.
