I like the idea of an all neutral outfit, but have a hard time mixing browns and blacks, even though I know it's considered perfectly OK to do so. I find it easier if I throw in another neutral, so today I added olive. Olive linen crops and black tie waist sleeveless blouse, paired with brown accessories - brown sandals, brown purse, and amber earrings. The sandals are new - I really needed a pair of flat, comfy sandals, so I bought these on Aug 1, to avoid breaking my no buy July. They are Taos, and not quite as comfy as I had hoped - the arch is a little too far forward for my feet. But they are 4 hour errand shoes, if not 4 hour walking shoes, so not too bad, I guess. Oh and I threw in detail shots of the hair (two braided buns) and the earrings, b/c I lurves it when others put in detail pics.
