Well actually the scarf is only new to me, but after seeing so many polka dots running around the internet I was attracted to this navy and white scarf at the thrift store. Generally speaking, I don't like turtlenecks or other high neck looks on me due to lack of the necessary neck but let me know if any of these work. (Worn with vintage blue/purple velvet blazer.)
