I decided to try with three more OBG pieces this week. I do have a few others but either they are regular enough rotation, or they are too dressy, or out of season.

1) Kimono (2014). I used to wear this with skinny jeans mostly and a black top and heels. I still like the kimono but don't wear it all that often. I wore it to get a haircut this morning. I look grumpy but I am not. I think the kimono is a classic and worth keeping around. I could see myself wearing it when I am 80!

2) Cropped olive jacket (2014) This used to be white and I dyed it olive. This used to be a workhorse but it is no longer. I wore the jacket to add shape to longer looser tops or dresses for a few years, but most of these pieces have now worn out. I don't like this outfit at all and will not rewear. The jacket is the right size, but it now feels a bit high around the neck which I am sensitive about.

The flares don't work with the shoes, the flares are a size too big and tend to slip down even with a belt (maybe the cut is just wrong). At the moment I am tempted to edit out the flares but with a higher heeled sandal or a boot, and without this jacket they do work.

3) Coral tank. (2015 I think). This needs a cami or body underneath and is tricky to wear, I have stopped buying these sheer tops as I tend not to wear things that have that fussy factor. But this tank has been up for editing out several times and I have resisted it. I usually don't like black and a bright colour on me - but I thought this worked okay. Coral is a favourite colour and every now and then this top feels exactly right.

Thanks Carla for a fun challenge!!
