Lovely fabbers, I have a couple of days leave, and it is a beautiful day in Sussex, south east UK.
The oldies are the earrings, probably 27 years old! I love them. I want to keep them forever and they remind me of faraway lands that I would love to travel too, Afghanistan and beyond. One day!
Then new jumper from Massimo Dutti, 3 or 4 year old Whistles tube velvet skirt and a 2 year old scarf, tied in a way from the very compelling scarf video that Angie shared a few weeks ago.
Bonfire in Lewes is a Very Big Thing, and this year it is hopefully not going ahead. However, because Lewes has a rebellious streak, I think there will be some celebrations, and certainly we had the 6am firing of the canon from the hill above the town. Bonus pic of dear mum, a YLF waiting by the war memorial where we meet every Saturday. With Millie, her adorable schnauzer.
