In dire need of distraction, Carla's challenge came to my rescue. These aren't really WIWs - more like closet play with an OBG theme.
#1 and #2: I started out with the idea to pair my vintage 90s Helmut Lang jeans (my closet 5+ years) with my Fendi riding boots (second hand shock find at least 3 years ago). I was going for the baggy trouser tucked into boots look from Angie's post. Thrifted Agnes B. top. Hmm. Then added my old old Celine (pre-Phoebe Philo) second hand cropped jacket. Not sure I would wear this but fun to try.
#3 and 4 Decided to go in a different direction with this blue Pleione top - an Angie pick that must be in my closet for more than 6 years. Mostly notable for side view of Fendi boots .
#5 Same top but changed to another pair of jeans that I think has been in my closet at least 5 years - second hand Current/Elliott boyfriends. Added second hand Isabel Marant blazer and thrifted vintage Fendi striped crossbody.
Finally, took an entirely different direction inspired partially by Angie, Suz's pearls and Angie's boots (3+ years in my closet). Thrifted silk top, and white jeans.
