A nice day, not super warm, but no wind, convinced me to get out and run the last 4,5 miles I needed to reach 500 miles (804 km) for 2020. I checked my logs and have walked 189 miles, and biked 46. But I never really went anywhere... . Hmm.

Besides running, I finally quilted a quilt top I made a FEW years ago, played Uno online with our daughters, texted and called a few friends, wrote a card to my youngest half brother who has covid (lives in a group setting), talked to two little grandsons on FaceTime and giggled with them over Madlibs, made margaritas, baked potatoes and salad while DH grilled bacon wrapped filets. A very nice day, but I think I really missed my friends and family more than I did at Christmas.

Another wearing for my cozy but “dressed up” floral wool pullover, this time combined with gray striped shirt, olive jeans, striped wool socks and black sneakers.

Ice storm predicted for tomorrow, so I’ll make the binding and start getting that on the quilt. I like doing the back by hand, which will take a few evenings.
