I put an order in on 7/12 and it hasn't yet shipped.

Anyone else experiencing this?

My order from 7/12 shipped. It should arrive tomorrow!

But get this: The smaller size EF dress that I ordered about 30 minutes ago? Per Nordstrom, it has shipped!! I think it just means the label has been created.

Hmmm, I am getting worried. The other order I put in on 7/12 arrived today.

My 7/12 order has shipped and arrived today. Of my two 7/14 orders, one has shipped, and one not. And, of my 7/15 order, part has shipped. From what I can see, the items that are likely being shipped from individual stores (In my case in Colorado, Illinois and New Jersey) were sent quickly and are all arriving tomorrow. But, the items coming from a distribution center are still "preparing" to be shipped, with the exception of my first order.

I just received notification today that my 7/12 order shipped. All five items (all of which have shown as sold out for days). I was relieved as I had been worried like you. I agree that it probably depends where it ships from. Someth8ng I ordered later already arrived.

I ordered three things on 7/12. Two are due to arrive tomorrow but I haven't gotten a shipping notification on the third. Since it's the item I want the most, I'm a little nervous.

I chatted with a customer service rep.

They are experiencing delays, and they are hoping to have all of the 7/12 orders shipped in the next 1-2 days.

I still have items from a 7/13 order that say “preparing to ship” so I guess they are pretty busy. Meanwhile, an item I ordered just a couple of days ago arrived already.

for what ever reason, the 1st order i placed on 7/12 arrived on 7/13! and i was out of town...thank goodness we look out for each other in my building, and my neighboors brought the package in for me....
glad that customer service was able to help....i'm guessing the shipping variances are due to were the items are shipping from...(nordies warehouse, nordies stores, or vendors warehouse)

Half of my second big order from 7/12, that I placed in the morning Pacific time, hasn't shipped yet either. But I haven't had any cancellations, so fingers crossed that the items have been "reserved" in their inventory system and just need to get sorted out.

Yes! Two of my 7/12 orders haven't shipped. I called this morning and apparently the location they are coming from is experiencing a big delay. Also, one order that was still showing 'not yet shipped' actually did ship and that status hadn't updated.

Yes, I ordered stuff on 7/13, and it has not shipped yet. I got an e-mail saying that it is still in process and should ship soon.

My big order on 7/12 hasn't shipped yet; still says "getting ready." I think a few items from that day or 7/13 should arrive tomorrow (Wed.) Later item. Hope they don't all get delayed due to Amazon Prime Days.

I called today, and was told that my 7/14 and 7/15 orders (still preparing to be shipped) would hopefully arrive by July 27.

I am in a similar boat and it's good to hear I'm not alone. I placed two orders on 7/13 and both say "getting ready" as the status. Oddly, a single item that I ordered on 7/15 has already shipped.

I've received 2 items so far but the rest of my order just shipped, and won't arrive until the 24th...

I still have a couple orders from 7/12 not yet shipped. Only one item has been cancelled. Hard to believe it's taking this long.

I’m a little concerned about the one item (the EF sweater) that I ordered in-store on 7/12. I got a notification that it shipped, but when I click on the tracking link, there is no updated information — it says “check back” and it’s been six days.

I still have an order from 7/12 that hasn't shipped.

I guess we'll see. I'll mostly be bummed because that order has the shoes for my two daughters.

I let my 6yo old cuddle on my lap and pick out a pair from the sale this year.

How cute that your daughter picked out her own pair of shoes. I'd love to see her pick.

I'm still waiting on one order from 7/12 as well. Today it shows it shipped with an arrive of 7/27! Luckily these were not my most important items.

I ordered three things on 7/12. Two arrived on Wednesday and today I got a cancellation notice for the third. But when I checked the web site it still showed as in stock, so I called customer service. They confirmed the item (ara booties) is still available and reordered for me, saying it should never have been cancelled in the first place. Good thing I wasn't in a rush to get them!

I did an online chat with Nordstrom this morning to check on my “shipped” item, and they said it’s in the works. They’re just really backed up from all the traffic from the sale. So I trust that all of our delayed items will be on the way soon! Good luck, all.

Just checked and my order from 7/15 still shows as 'getting ready'. I don't remember this many delays during the presale week in the past; kinda disappointing.
