After the failed green pant suit, I decided to return back to my uniform and play with dresses and jackets this week. Sometimes not following trends can be the way to go.

Turquoise jacket was a gamble that paid off. Veronica Beard bought on significant discount (at 1/3 of original price) but with a no return policy. So I had to guess at my size and it was a huge relief when I unpacked it and it fitted perfectly. As soon as I wore it, it was non-stop compliments on the amazing jacket. The fabrication and quality of construction has wowed me and now I know my size in VB!

Today (Saturday) I am in the casual denim skirt and lace top outfit. I love a good lace top. I wanted to share my amazing toasted sandwich with you because you know, a sandwich well executed is a beautiful thing!

Hope you all have a great weekend

Photo 5 - the best toasted sandwich EVER!! No wonder I had a cheesy smile!
