OK --- so I dragged ds to DSW to check out a pair of oxfords which were a no go. I did find however a summer hat (I wear these when I'm out as much as possible in summer) and a replacement for a cute, but small and very cheap yellow bag I purchased last summer. I don't wear yellow -- at all, but I do wear a lot of colors that look fab with the pop of a golden yellow bag -- cobalt, red, black, navy. I like the size and shape for a casual spring/summer purse. It is not as shiny as the first pic. (flash), although the color is pretty true.
1. Is the bag workable for a casual wardrobe with that's more polished?
2. Is the hat too floppy?
The price-for-quality ratio is pretty good, and I definitely need a couple of warmer season bags and a fresh hat or two, but I have time to keep looking, too.
