I just purchased the white sleeveless blazer from Banana Republic. I have no idea how to wear it and would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

These are some of the things I might do with a sleeveless blazer:

-White T, denim skinnies, wedge sneakers
- Black t, black pencil skirt, black pumps

If you do a search on Pinterest for "sleeveless blazer" a ton of great outfit ideas pop up!

I would wear a tank or cami underneath to preserve the sleeveless integrity. White skinnies would look fab, as well as white trousers.

Oh, I am SO tempted by that one. I have not yet pulled the trigger, but am still considering it. Tanya has it and has worn it with sleeveless tanks and tops underneath.

I agree that it would look great with white. It would also look great with a pencil or tube skirt of the right length (you might have to play with the proportion a bit.)

Thank you all for your replies. I never thought of going to pinterest, but I will today. I love both ideas of a tee shirt or tank top. I intend to try both this very week. I only have three months of summer and want to get the most wear out of it!! Again, thank you.

It is a nice blazer, Ceit. If you have a Banana Republic store near you, you might try the store. I sometimes find items in the store when they are sold out online. They might be returns from online shoppers.

Ohh have one in black with belt loops:) I wear it over jeans, over pencil skirts and dresses:) Under it I wear short sleeve blouses, long sleeve blouses, long sleeve tees and sleevesless tops. I think the world is your oyster

I want one of those! I've been keeping half an eye out for one... I should go into BR! If it fits lean, I'd wear it with relaxed wide-legged pants. Harem pants. Silky "jogging" pants. Silky drapey collared blouses. Jeans (boyfriends?) and pencil skirts. Pinstripes. Bright blue as well as black and white. I'd go for that crisp Jil Sander look.

I have one of these on the way and was wondering if I made (another) vest purchase mistake but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this one will be feminine and classic modern enough to work for me. The other two I've tried over the recent year or so include an olive cargo vest (too busy with pockets and too "hunter style" for me to wear much out here where hunting is so popular), and an off white menswear inspired vest that was too menswear inspired for me.
