Back on Team Skirt in a big way, and BIG is the operative word. I LOVE to wear big skirts. Bring on the swoosh, pleats, and volume!
Found a gorgeous tan pleated skirt at The Rack for a bargain. Excellent quality and fit! Fabric has heft and is 100% cotton. POCKETS too! I almost returned the skirt because it's shorter than I had hoped. Glad I kept it! It's just long enough. Worn it four times!

The idea was to wear the sweatshirts with SKIRTS - not unlike we did back in the '80s - as well as my default trousers and jeans. Add a pretty bag, dressy flats, and Bob's your uncle. The weather co-operated, and I'm feeling spiffy, refreshed, comfy, and cheeky in my new Spring outfit formula
The outfit formula is practical because: it's warmer than wearing a dress, it's dressy enough to wear with many of my clients, and casual enough to wear day-to-day. I can walk the doggies, run around town, edit wardrobes, and charge around a shopping mall = NO PROBLEM.
On a hotter day, I bust out my new tie-dye cabled top from Polo Ralph Lauren. It was a gift from a dear friend who knows my style well! I remix Boho with Preppy. Honest! (#9 to #11). Forgot to take a pic of the outfit with the bag I wore that day.
Pics #15 to #19 shows how I enjoy dressing down slouchy navy pinstripe trousers with fashion sweatshirts a webbing belt and sneakers. Versatile! I edited a closet for 5 hours wearing that outfit.
