These pants are about three years old and I hardly wore them at all last year. I wore them so little, in fact, that I almost donated them. I decided to keep them (I love all things plaid) and I'm glad I did as I have found new love for them over the past few weeks. Here's how I wore them on three separate occasions (but all photographed today since I had more time).
Pic 1 - wore to church on Sunday, pic 2 wore to work on Monday, pic 3 wore last night to an event.
The pants are Joe Fresh, the turtleneck in #3 is Zara, the necklace in #2 is J Crew Factory, everything else is in Finds. I altered the pants (back seam and waistband), nothing else needed alterations (although I might take up the sleeves on both blazers).
We have a large closet in the basement where we store out-of-season clothing, and it's also a "holding zone" for items that I'm considering getting rid of. Do you have any items from past seasons that fell out of favor but are now getting worn again? I think I need to pay my basement closet another visit
