Carla, for SURE check those out. Any kind of slip on sneaker could work for in-between temps, I think -- I just have major problems getting a fit with those. And you definitely need something warmer for winter.
I wear my Fitflop sandals in the kitchen in summer back in Kingston. If you have narrow low volume feet you might have to fiddle to get Fitflops to fit -- Vionic might work a bit better, although that, too, depends. Fitflops work for me IF there is a half size or if they have adjustable straps -- the regular shoes are too wide/ high volume for me. But I love, love, love, love the heel cushioning and my feet love it too, so I try to get them to work.
Angie, those look great. We have hardwood floors in our Kingston kitchen, too (and the whole house really, and in the rental house here in Vancouver as well, except for the even harder tile of the kitchen!) Our Kingston kitchen is also excruciatingly cold because there is no basement, just a crawl space, beneath it. So super warm slippers are vital! Here, the temps are not so bad but the hard floors are.
Delurked, if those Clarks work for you in winter I'd highly recommend a slip on sandal for summer indoor wear!
