I bought this a little while ago from Wiggle. Finding a brighly coloured, inexpensive fairly close fitting, lightweight jacket was a HEWI.
I have worn this cycling to work quite a bit already. It is a bit cold at first, when worn with a sleeveless top under, and a little warm later on once I warm up, but all in all it does what I want.
I think it will be useful for running too, next winter.

I bought some new cycle shorts too, but won't share pictures them! I am appreciating having padding again.
