I wore this (almost) all black ensemble to work a couple of weeks back. I wore a gray sweater underneath my black blazer and put on some basic black trousers. Now since the outfit was dull (not my style), I knew I had to brighten it up with accessories. So I wrapped a multi-coloured floral scarf around my neck and wore my berry shoes, which nicely bookend the pinks in the scarf.
I like how some bright accessories (scarf and shoes in this case) can uplift the vibe of an otherwise neutral dull outfit.
