At some point this fall, it's time to redo my closets. In the past 3 years, I've given away half of my clothes to charity. So, I'm pared down quite a bit. I have two 1950's sized closets in my house that are mine and one dresser. I don't store clothes in the basement or attic 'cause I mix and match with the seasons.

The thing is...I'm not sure how to proceed with reorganizing my closets. I do stack things vertically on the top shelves. I think the biggest issue is that I have tons of t-shirts, but they are very useful...some are for sleep, working out, and for hanging out.

My one closet is filled with my dressier clothing and it has my dressier shoes. Both closets are very neat, so maybe I just need to pare down? My other closet is with the casual things...jeans, t-shirts, pj's, pj pants, tank tops, shorts, etc. along with the casual shoes.

I'm sorta getting to this point that I don't know what to keep and what to toss. It's not like I change sizes or anything...I work out regularly, etc. How do you know what to keep or what to get rid of? Also, of the things you keep, how do you organize them?

Hmm, too, maybe I just need a big overhaul of my wardrobe. I'm 36, but look young for my age, but lately, I'm really into lady-like retro...the past 2-3 years. Maybe it's time to toss out some of the t-shirts, especially the older, rattier ones that I sleep in that are like super old (I won't say how old! lol).

I have the hardest time putting together any outfits to look pulled together 'cause I don't feel that creative inspiration when I go get dressed, so I end up putting on the same uniform...t-shirt, jeans, hoodie

Geesh, I need a professional organizer and a stylist, don't I? LOL

Any words of wisdom would be most welcomed!

Thanks in advance,
L
