How do you get it so it shows up with images?

The way it works is via "Finds." You install a little applet on your computer. https://youlookfab.com/2014/05.....fab-finds/

Create the finds first. Then when you're writing your post, scroll down till you see your finds (photos) at the bottom of the page, and click the 'select' button above the ones you want to include. Took me a while to figure out the photos were down there, because you can't see them unless you scroll, and why would you scroll if you don't know something's down there?
