Janet and I may have been on similar pages today. WIW is not something I would normally put together. Not the colors and not the technical dress with a chambray shirt.
It was a cool and damp day at the lake. I put on the technical SPF dress for the long sleeves. I had to go pick up DH and just needed a little something extra for warmth. I grabbed the closest thing....my chambray shirt, which often doubles as a jacket first thing in the morning or last thing at night when I take our dog out. Left hanging open the shirt made me look frumpy dumpy, so I knotted the waist and off I went.
I was warm enough, comfy and DH thought I looked cute. I snapped the pic as another example of denim for days, but decided to post after seeing Janet’s technical fabric casual outfit. Hers was better planned. Mine was a happy accident. I even like the olive and chambray!
