I got my hair cut today too - we did a more sleek version of my usual cut, and angled the back a bit more. Also this is the Gap army parka (pre-haircut), which I think I'm going to keep... it was warm enough for me at 8 degrees today. But would love to know if you think it's okay. This is a S - I tried XS but the shoulders were too tight, and I kind of like this a wee bit oversized.
