My Sunday work (boring) wear post YLF got uplifted

Hie fabbers!!!

I am really thankful to all you ladies who tolerated my Friday casual and wrote so many inspiring posts. I was so excited to post even my Sunday work wear after this. Hope you all like it. Suggestions are most welcome. One thing I need to admit is my pant suit is the same boring one but post YLF, my shirt has somewhat changed. Earlier they were just plain button downs with no silhoutte making me look like a frumpy old business man. And now this change feels good and I feel stylish. What do you ladies say about this?

1. The bow detailing in my shirt. I could have just made only one knot and left it like a tie but I tied a secure bow to it. Suggestions on this welcome.

2 and 3.. Office shirt with some details, puff shoulders, bow details, white shirt with blue stripes perfectly matching my navy blue pant.

4. My shirt tucked in the pant. Does it look ok or my belly bulges making me look fat? Honest comments are always welcome. (I would have to work out later though LOL). And yes do I need to alter my pants to put some belt loops though. I don't really like wearing belts but do I need them?

5. Matching navy blue suit with brown seude booties. I think they are ok. What do you say. I have this problem- I don't like wearing pumps with suit and booties are getting hot now. Any shoe suggestion for a formal look yet polished one. The pants hem is just the right fit as in pic 6. I was sitting when taking the pictures so it just seems shorter.

6. My overall look. And my cozy office.

First off, it is so nice to *see* you. You are so pretty! The blouse is lovely and looks cute tied in a bow. I think you could tie it in a knot as well for a less sweet look. I don't think these pants need belt loops--you look very sleek (and slim) with your blouse tucked. Booties look great--you could also try a heeled oxford. You look fab!

Great photos, fashionista! It's nice to see some a little further away, because I can see all the detailing on your beautiful seersucker blouse and how lovely you look! I love it! I would wear that in a hot second. : )

I really like it tied in a bow. Have you tried tying it in a windsor knot (like a men's tie)? I think that would look very vintage cool and give you some variety, too. I like the blouse tucked, it looks very slim and nice. You look great!

You look terrific! Taking a staple item like office-worthy trousers (not boring) and pairing it with a business-ready staple with a bold but feminine look (seersucker and pussy bow -- how unique) is a great way to take a formula (office trousers and button down) and make it fab! I like the fact that your shoes are brown -- they're neutral and don't need to match. No need for belt loops and no worries about flattery of the tucked in shirt --- these proportions are working really well! This blouse would go well with a menswear style vest, too, or a skirt!

So nice to finally see your pretty face Fashionista! I don't know much about office attire so I'll be taking notes from you. Those are really nice dress pants, why don't you want to try a regular shoe? An oxford would look really cute. The blouse fits you so well. Those puffy shoulders really make a statement. You could tie the bow a little smaller so that you have longer ends on the tie, but I like it this way too! I can't wait to see more of your outfits!
