Hi all, I've been looking seriously for a new watch for over a year. I wear one every day and use it at work to count pulses so it must have a second hand. I'm a yellow gold person since becoming aware of "seasons" in my early 20s thinking I was a spring. So my main watch has always been gold since my 1st wedding anniversary in 1987. That one got ruined in 1995 and replaced by the one I've worn since. I love vintage watches also and had a few, plus have felt uncomfortable mixing metals often ( have gold wedding and engagement ring, though the diamond cluster feels more silvery). I got my silver and light turquoise Pierre Cardin one on air points in 2004, but it isn't worn often. Now with a mixed metal choice I can ring the changes a bit more. I chose it but DH "gave it to me" for Christmas, yay.

Pic 2 22y old watch from 1995
Pic 3 Pierre Cardin from 2004
Pics 4 and 5 2 vintage inherited watches
Pics 6 and 7 the ones I didn't buy during 2016 but considered. The Follie Follie one was in Hawaii and had interchangeable surrounds which were pretty!
Pic 8, gold wedding ring and diamond cluster engagement ring, both over 31 years old.
Thanks for looking!
