Thank's ladies for all the support on last post!

I knew I could count on my YLF friends for support! Sometimes women at work are not supportive.. you know "oh.. you have lost weight but you were better before! Your face looks older".

Here are my before and after pics (1 and 2 are before).. my style has also changed so much! Thank's YLF! I'm a slow learner but I'm getting there!

You are BEAUTIFUL! No wonder you are so proud of yourself. Your first couple of photos are very nice, but your last couple of photos are breathtaking. (I'm please to say that you have the same gorgeous smile throughout though. )

I agree with Mary! Missed the first post but chiming in to say what a fantastic transformation. You were beautiful before and even more radiant in the last two! Congrats on the weight loss. That's no easy feat!

wow you look amazing. you must be feeling so good. The before photos look nice too but its good to be at a weight you are happy with- thats the main thing and your face doesn't look older now you are slimmer...you look young in all the photos.

Oh Rute...You look amazing..

the thinner you get, the nastier the remarks will be unfortunately.
My mom once lost 60 lbs and a friend of hers said "I think you looked better fat" I thought that was the most thoughtless and unkind comment I had ever heard!

You are beautiful at any size!!

Rute - That is so wonderful! Not only do you look terrific, but I bet you feel much better, more energy, more enthusiasm, etc. from working out and taking good care of yourself!!

The ladies at work are *not* supportive and that may well come from envy (because who doesn't wish they could lose weight and get a fit body. . .

You go, girl!

Rute, you have the most AMAZING smile. It just radiates and lights up your face in each picture. You look so gorgeous both before and after, but you do seem to have an energy and confidence now that doesn't come across in the before pics. Rute, congratulations on reaching such a huge achievement. What specifically helped you accomplish your goal? Was it simply awareness of fitness & better eating & making an effort to go to the gym often, or was there a certain program that really "clicked" for you?

I hope this isn't offensive to say, but I think that your body looks very beautiful before AND afterwards (though that doesn't devalue your fitness and weight loss accomplishments in any way.) In all of the pictures that you posted, you have absolutely slamming curves and a radiant smile!
