My alter ego?? Sleek and chic

I decided to take my clippings from this month's PeopleStyleWatch mag and paste them together for a better visual. On the other side is the more cozy vibe I usually tend toward - boots with fuzzy or chunky sweaters, cords, shearling collars, etc.
But I was taken by how similar these items were when I lined them up next to each other. Guess I have a very sleek chic persona hidden inside me somewhere. If I ever find myself needing business wear I can bet it would look a whole lot like this page!

Love the blue suit. Sleek, but not sterile. I could really see you in that. You're leather skirt is definitely in this vibe.

It's good to see that my aspirations aren't too far off base from what I'm wearing at the moment! I am really itching to get home to cool weather so I can dig into my true style more. And yes, my leather panel skirt is one thing I'm dying to try! (if I hadn't already bought my zig zag Columnist suit from Express earlier this year, this blue one by them would most definitely be 'my' suit!)

I can see you in all of these! I think you could very successfully wear one sleek piece in your more casual ensembles (which you already do). Those blazers especially scream "Mo" to me

That's a page full of beautiful looks. I bet you'd find a way to add a few knit tops to these looks so you'd still have the cozy factor.

Totally agree these aren't so much another alter ego as a variation of the shapes/silhouettes you already wear. It's really just the textures that differ!

That said, I do think you have a couple different style personas etc -- and of course I think there's nothing wrong with that!

I could see several of those crossing over into your more rock chick side. [Your rugged/utilitarian side will just have to sit this one out, ha.]

Vix, so true. I had 3 adjectives in my head - sleek, cozy, and then rugged. Those are the varying sides of my style vying for space (in my head anyway).

Like others have stated, love that blue suit. But I equally love that burgundy velvet skirt in the bottom corner - I can totally see you wearing that Mo.
