Saturday we went to a community music festival for the evening. It was perfect summer weather for our area, no wind, low humidity, mild-cool temperature. Extremely rare! Somehow as we strolled, we ended up at the stages where groups were switching and didn’t hear much music! But it was fun chatting when we ran into friends, eating ice cream and being outside.

Thanks to having a variety of jeans jackets, and a selection of fairly neutral pieces currently making up my summer wardrobe, I was able to pick out this outfit and go within minutes. Dear readers, do you think this looks too plain? I thought of kkards and your cropped tan pants - could be useful for the same sort of occasion, perhaps.

Dark gray tee with interesting bronze zippered pocket, not visible. Linen ticking stripe jacket. Sage green cuffed crop chinos. Dark green Converse. Black and antique gold earrings.
