Some of you may remember my recent self flagellation over a denim jacket left behind in the Miami airport. Well, thanks to a very generous YLF member, I have a replacement!
MNSara was kind enough to send me a Hinge cropped denim jacket she is no longer using. She sent me measurements, a link to the exact jacket and BAM!, it showed up in the mail a couple of days later. I absolutely love it! It fits wonderfully, has 3/4 sleeves and will be ideal for this summer. Have I mentioned how thrilled I am?
A couple of WIW's with (and without) the jacket.
1. Met my son for lunch on my birthday. Sushi, yum. The neckline of the shirt seems off. Is the cropped jacket OK with the pants?
2. The gray sweater worked so well with these pants, I thought this loden tee would be good for warmer weather.
3. My pug-o-flage shirt. Mr. Pug had a vet appointment so he is actually part of the outfit. Because of paralysis he has to be carried in and out of the office. I met a friend for lunch after the appointment so needed a shirt that would disguise the inevitable shower of pug hair.
4. Breakfast with the new jacket - and my new happy feet sandals. Over zealous sweater tuck here, oops. Pink bag is from last year - a happy accident that it matches the sandals.
Simple looks, but they're pretty typical for me.
