Reading suntiger’s post on cosmetics refresh made me wonder - how many makeup products do women on this forum use? I’m a minimalist when it comes to makeup but how exactly minimalistic am I?
I got my makeup bag and yes, this is where I keep “the goods” and counted. Also, washed a bag
Here is the list. In full disclosure, I also have a small box where I keep some samples, unused pencils and extra tools.
Lipsticks - 3 (1 is mini size)
Lipgloss - 3
Blush - 2 (one is a freebie, almost never used)
Bronzer - 1
Under eye corrector - 1 (used as a concealer)
Highlighter - 1
Makeup primer - 1
Mascara - 3 (1 regular, 1 mini size from vacation, 1 free sample)
Mascara primer - 1
Eyeliner pen - 1 (use occasionally for an evening look)
Brow gel - 1 (recently stopped using it)
Eye shadow - 1 palette of 4 colors (very old and needs to be replaced)
Powders - 1 loose and 1 very old compact
Pencils - 2 for lips, 2 for eyes, almost never use
Also in my bag - an eyelash curler (often used) and an extra clean mascara wand.

I keep brushes in a tall glass.
Am I a minimalist or just an average user?
