I decided on the silk shell for a few reasons. I really like the dress, the zips are fab! But DH sort of talked me out of it, he thinks I won't wear it much. I still may get it later, but my gift card is going to the top because : silk shell was higher on my list of "needs". I feel like it will be a S/S workhorse for shorts, skirts and pants. I was willing to go cheap, get polyester or whatever, but can't find much that's cream and not adorned with sequins, and other stuff. It has cap sleeves, and I don't like the tank top style, or cut high on the shoulder, so this style, un-adorned seems to be hard to come by.

Also, I found a dress online from H&M that I love, it's only $40, and will do just fine. Maybe I can snag the Club Monaco one later. The H&M one is pic 3, I so hope my store has it, I haven't checked yet!!! If not, maybe someone can help me find it.
