Thank you @Suz, @kkard, @ChristelJ,@Ana, @Dee, @Janet, @UmmLila, @Angie, @Helena, @Irina,@Laurie, @RobinF for encouragement and compliments!
To answer the question of loving or not new style of the wide leg jeans - it's new for me and doesn't have quite the perfect fit - the back view is less flattering than it could be ( a bit less volume would be better for my small behind - lol ). I'm used to more fitted look of traditional bootcut jeans, flare or trouser pants that give more definition to my slim frame but I'm trying to get more comfortable in the new loose fit.
The black denim is somewhat a challenge since I have a black and white kitty - gotta be careful not to collect too much of her hair .
@Suz - I missed the blue denim version of those jeans and have not seen them at the store ( it was on line order ). There is a low rise bootcut jeans at BR Factory but the dark blue denim is curvy cut - need just regular fit. I'll be checking more frequently their website this year.
@ChristelJ - the dark green color of the jacket was my instant attraction - so different and fun. It's from the House of Harlow 1960 ( I've got couple things from that brand that I'm happy about ).
@UmmLIla - I love my green jacket but still wear it less often than the other ones since the length of it is a bit cropped and with my preferred low rise requires some careful styling.
@RobinF - Love getting "Rocker Chic" as a description of my style - that's my inner feeling that I'm not always able to get through the styling.
@Janet - I hear you on the previous styles that not possible to find anymore. I have older AG slim bootcut with low rise that I sill like to wear ( got them at Marshall's probably 8 years ago ).
@Angie - thank you so much for including "elegant" in your description - it a lovely word that I'm not quite able associate with my everyday styling!
